Return and Refund Policy
At WeeWonders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within the specified 10-day window.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at +961 81760851 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package your item(s) along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by you as customers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will text you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within2-3 business days.
