What’s the difference between the Single and Double wearable breast pump?
Single pumps one side at a time. Double pumps both sides simultaneously (faster sessions and more efficient for many moms).
Is a wearable breast pump as strong as a traditional pump?
Wearable pumps are designed for convenient, hands-free pumping. Output depends on fit, session consistency, and comfort. So yes, our pump suction is at 280 mmHg, which is above the suction level in the market.
How many times do I have to charge it?
Single pump: needs charging twice a
day.Double pump: needs one single charge a day.
How do I choose the right flange size?
Flange size is based on nipple diameter (not areola). When you receive the WeeWonders pump, you will find inside the bag a carton sizing tool that will help you find your size. Most sizes are between 17 and 24 mm; we do send with our pump all these sizes.
Does it hurt while pumping?
WeeWonders pump will not let you feel any kind of pain. Pain typically indicates incorrect flange size, suction too high, or positioning issues.
How many suction levels/modes does it have?
WeeWonders pump offers 12 levels and 4 different modes: stimulation, expression, automatic, and massage. We do recommend you start with stimulation for 2 minutes and switch to expression for the next 10–15 minutes.
How noisy is it? Can I use it at work?
WeeWonders pump is discreet, but not silent. Most customers use them at work and in their shared space offices without being heard. A slight sound of a small motor might be heard, but not much.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by suction level and session length. As a rule, plan for multiple sessions per charge; charging between uses is best practice.
How do I clean and sterilize the pump parts?
Milk-contact parts should be washed after each use. Sterilize per your comfort level and local guidance. We do recommend sterilizing at least one time a day. Always keep the motor unit dry and separate from washing.
Can I pump while moving around?
Yes, but avoid bending fully forward, running, or strong movement that could break the seal and cause leaks.
Will it fit inside my bra?
WeeWonders pump fits all types of bras. We do recommend using a post bra, which will be the most helpful and easygoing while pumping.
What comes in the box?
Pump bag, pump motor(s), wearable collection cups, milk-contact parts, charging cable, and user instructions. (So everything you will need to start pumping.)
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we do offer a full warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. If anything happens after 6 months, you can also reach out to us, and we will help you continue your pumping journey. Of course, the warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, and not human misuse.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items cannot be returned or exchanged if opened.
